Mindfulness Monday

This afternoon, there was a small gap between work and the school run where I was able to indulge in some mindful operation of Wheal Ponder.

Whilst running my blue Hunslet, I realised that today is “Blue Monday” so here is a photo of the said blue engine, with my most colourful wagons to lift what has been a very grey and murky day here.

Hope that everyone managed to enjoy some form of mindful activity today to boost the endorphins.

Having been away for nearly a fortnight over Christmas, followed by a sprained ankle and a bout of the lurgy, my mojo for modelling had been very much depleted. But yesterday I sat down and did some modelling for the first time in nearly a month and my mojo is returning.

Spent half of last week over in Wales where some filming charters were run giving a rare dose of January steam engine therapy. Three long days were had, but we were rewarded with this excellent sunset at Abergynolwyn on the Tuesday.
