Curator With A Camera

Back in October, my driving stint on the Talyllyn Railway happened to coincide with one of my fellow volunteers, Anthony Coulls. Whilst we’ve known each other through the Talyllyn since our teenage years, some people might know Ant better from his day job at the National Railway Museum and his features on their YouTube channel as the ‘Curator With A Camera’.

In October, they came down to the Talyllyn to film an episode and by chance I was their driver for one of the days. As you can see from the result, we had a grand day out.

Also shot at the time was a session of ‘Slow TV’. Where you too can enjoy the scampering of Dolgoch up the Fatthew Valley from the comfort of your own home.

Enjoy!

  1. Very enjoyable. Nearly fifty years since I last enjoyed the view from the loco. I was struck by the number of errors and typos in the captions. I hope they correct that.
