Dragon Waggon

With no layout on the go at the moment, my model making meanders along. The lack of layout progress is partly due to my current modelling interest having a primarily narrow gauge bias.

There are currently three projects coming towards completion on my modelling desk, the first is a bit of fun and is the result of a request from my daughter.

We came back from Wales at Half Term with a small ‘Idris’ Welsh heraldic dragon and a search in my kits stash brought up a Port Wynnstay Festiniog coal waggon that was just the right size to turn into a ‘Dragon Waggon’.

My daughter is happy, and we’ve enjoyed annotating session together where a very colourful formation was run.
